01 — The idea

Hitting harder is easy. Playing smarter takes coaching. We teach you to read the ball early, move with purpose and choose the right shot when the score is tight — so every session shows up in your matches

02 — How we coach

The Smart Method

Four corners of every session. Scroll through them — the court shows each drill.

  1. Clean, repeatable strokes.

Every shot broken into grip, preparation, contact and finish, with high repetition and purposeful practice until it holds up in a match.

  2. Good tennis starts before the ball.

Split-step, first step, recovery. We train the movement patterns that put you in balance for every shot.

  3. Patterns that win points.

Serve + 1, depth before angle, attacking the short ball. You learn why a shot works, not only how to hit it.

  4. Pressure becomes a plan.

Between-point routines, breathing and focus. The 25 seconds between points are a skill — we coach them.

Miles

Coach

Miles

Started playing in France at 12 and was coaching by 13. Strong foundations, sound technique and physical fitness — expect dynamic warm-ups and energetic drills.

Miles’ tennis journey began in France at the age of 12, and by 13, he was already making his mark as a coach, volunteering at his local club after being invited to take part in a Young Tennis Leaders course. What started as a passion for the game quickly grew into a genuine love for helping others discover their own potential.

Since then, Miles has coached across a variety of venues, working with everyone from toddlers picking up a racquet for the first time to adults looking to sharpen their game.

His philosophy? Build strong foundations, move with purpose, and make every session count. Miles is passionate about the two pillars of great tennis: sound technique and physical fitness. Expect dynamic warm-ups, energetic drills and sessions that get both your feet moving and your heart racing!

But for Miles, coaching goes beyond technique and fitness. He believes the best progress happens when players take ownership of their journey, discover their own motivation and learn to understand their bodies. Rather than a one-size-fits-all approach, his intuitive coaching style adapts to the individual, helping each player find what works for them.

Coach Miles’s mission is simple: build better movers, smarter players and more confident individuals, one session at a time.

What ages do you coach?

Everyone from four-year-olds to adults. Mini Tennis uses slower red, orange and green balls and smaller courts, so young children can rally from their very first session.

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Whether you have never held a racket or you are already competing, we start from where your game is today.

How do you coach?

Correct technique and efficient movement, high repetition and purposeful practice, tactical understanding and decision making — in a positive, high-energy environment. Head Coach Hammad Siddiqui is LTA Accredited Level 3.

Where do sessions take place?

Our main venue is Lampton Park Tennis Club, Lampton Road, Hounslow TW3 4DN, with eight outdoor hard courts. Some sessions run on the three European real clay courts of St Mary's Clay Court Tennis Club, Musgrave Rd, Isleworth TW7 5EB.

How do I get started?

With a consultation. We talk about your goals, see you play and recommend the right programme before you commit to anything. Racquets can be provided if you need one.

How are the programmes structured?

A mix of group sessions, private lessons, match play, fitness and mental conditioning. Each step builds on the last, so improvement is steady and visible.

What should I bring?

Comfortable sportswear, tennis shoes or trainers and a bottle of water. No racquet yet? We can lend you one.

Can I book for my child?
